EUGENE ABLADE ONINKU, ESQ
MANAGING PARTNER
Eugene is the managing partner and head of the litigation unit of the firm. He has ten (10) years of experience as a lawyer. He has over the years been directly involved in defending the interests of major firms in Ghana, such as Tridem Pharma Ghana Limited, Access Bank Ghana Limited, Allianz Insurance Ghana Limited, and Allianz Life Insurance Ghana Limited, among others. Eugene holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Ghana and was admitted to the Ghana Bar in 2012. He also holds a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law from Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom. He is also a lecturer at the Law School of the University of Professional Studies, Accra where he teaches Intellectual Property Law, Administrative Law, and Law of contract,
among others.

Salamatu is a partner and the head of the firm’s corporate practice. She has rich professional experience in both management and legal field, gained from working in private practice, for individuals and multinational clients in a corporate environment. She has an appreciable level of experience in many practice areas of law, particularly in corporate and commercial matters. She also doubles as a legal officer at the National Petroleum Authority of Ghana. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Ghana and was admitted to the Ghana Bar in 2014. She also holds a Master of Laws degree in Oil and Gas Law and Policy from Dundee University in the United Kingdom.

Bernard is a graduate of Regent University college of science and technology. He holds a BSc in Accounting and Information Systems and Advanced Business Certificate Examination (ABCE), 2012 from ACS Professional Institute. He had secondary school education at Hohoe EP Secondary School

Benjamin is responsible for the smooth running of the firm. He is also in charge of Finance and Administration and is also responsible for the smooth running of the firm. Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Professional Studies, Accra.among others.

YASMINE WURUCHE ALHASSAN, ESQ

Yasmine is a graduate of the Ghana School of law and a member of the Ghana Bar. She holds an LLB degree from the University of Ghana and is a proud old girl of Wesley Girls’ High School. Prior to joining Oninku & Associates , Yasmine worked in various law offices and was involved with a lot of litigation cases, case research, and legal opinions in various fields ranging from land law, procedural practice, commercial transactions, labor, and employment-related and matrimonial cases. Yasmine also doubles as the head of the Legal Unit at an esteemed Insurance Firm, Imperial General Assurance. She is currently one of our best litigators and is an astute corporate lawyer. She also acts as the company secretary for the American Leprosy
Mission in Ghana.
